Tibetan Mastiff
During nomadic times, the Tibetan Mastiff was known as a guardian of cattle and households. The double-fur coat of this breed makes it appear larger than it is, but at a maximum weight of 160 pounds, it is no laughing matter.
Hungry Hippo
The physicality of the hippo is very astonishing, especially when one considers how small a baby is in relation to an adult. In adulthood, males can reach more than 3,300 pounds, while females can weigh more than 2,800 pounds. Newborns weigh about 55 pounds at their smallest birth weight.
